Asa Turner commits to UW Huskies

Security Asa Turner recommitted to Washington on Thursday night.

The 4-star prospect out of Carlsbad, Calif. originally fully commited to the Huskies in July, but didn’t indication a countrywide letter of intent for the duration of the early signing time period in December. Turner was then reportedly wavering involving UW and Notre Dame.

He posted his decision to Instagram, producing: “Next halt ….. College of Washington!!! #GoDawgs #GlorifyGod”

Turner (6-3, 195) is viewed as by 247Athletics.com to be the No. 10 athlete and the No. 198 player in the place. He also had features from Michigan, Oregon, USC, Washington State, Nebraska and Utah, between others.

The Huskies signed 20 players in December and Turner will presumably join them for the duration of countrywide signing working day on Wednesday. With the addition of Turner, 247Athletics.com now ranks the Huskies’ 2019 class No. 17 in the place and No. 2 in the Pac. 12.
